Shipping Policy for Savvy Trade Store

1. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We are using the services of these well-regarded courier companies:

• Our own inhouse shipping trucks
• Courier Guy

2. Shipping Costs

• Domestic Shipping:
  • For Gauteng – delivery courier fees are levied at a flat rate of R110.00 for door to door.
  • All other Areas – delivery courier fees are levied at a flat rate of  R130.00 for door to door.

3. Processing Time

• Order Processing: Once we have received your payment, we will start processing your order. Orders will be handled within 1 - 2 working days following a quality inspection.

4. Delivery Times

• Domestic Shipping:
• Order Fulfillment:
• Gauteng: 2 to 4 working days,
• Major Cities/Towns: 4 to 5 working days,
• Remote Areas: 5 to 7 working days.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• International shipping: Currently, we only ship within South Africa and do not offer international shipping. 

6. Shipping Confirmation

• Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order via our website by filling up the form.

7. Shipping Issues

• Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at info@savvytradestore.com so we can assist you.
• Incorrect Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

• Shipping Costs for Returns: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
